CONCOURS PHOTO CLIK Trip à la CLIK Gallery 📷

Le concours

- Le concours photo clik-trip est ouvert à tous, amateurs et/ou professionnels, ou qu’ils soient dans le monde.

- Il n'y a pas de thème

- Vous pouvez présenter autant de photos que vous le souhaitez.

- Toutes les photos soumises au concours sont imprimées (par nos soins) au format 15cm x 20cm et exposées à la CLIK Gallery, lieu emblématique de la photographie Grenobloise et QG de CLIK Trip. Elle est située sur l'une des principales artères du centre de Grenoble, en France.

- Tous les participants sont invités à une soirée d'ouverture qui a lieu à la CLIK Gallery.

- Le public pourra voter pour ses photos préférées entre le 25 juin et le 27 juillet 2024. Le vote n'est possible qu'en personne dans la galerie.

- Pendant l'exposition, les photos seront mises en vente. Si votre photo est vendue, vous recevrez 50 % du prix de la vente.

- Les photos sont également envoyées à un jury d'experts dont l’évaluation compte pour 10 % du vote total.

- Les 20 photos ayant reçu le plus de votes du public et du jury sont exposées dans l'exposition des gagnants à la CLIK Gallery au cours du mois de septembre 2024.

- Plus de 1000€ de prix sont attribués lors de la remise des prix en septembre.

Comment participer

- Les candidatures sont ouvertes jusqu'au 16 juin 2024 à minuit.

- Les frais de participation s'élèvent à 15 € par photo. Vous pouvez acheter un lot de 5 photos pour un prix réduit de 50 €.

- Les étudiants et les clients qui ont déjà réservé une expérience photo sur CLIK-Trip peuvent acheter un lot de 5 participations pour un prix réduit de 40€.

- Connectez-vous et payez votre participation.

- Vous recevrez un e-mail avec le lien pour télécharger vos photos, sous forme numérique. Nous nous occupons de l'impression.

- Acceptez les conditions de participation avant de téléchargez vos photos.

Les prix

- Deux nuits pour quatre personnes dans les Tower Residences, un appartement de luxe surplombant l'emblématique Tower Bridge et la Tour de Londres, offert par Integrity International Group. 

- Un tirage photo d'art 50 x 75 cm en aluminium dibond offert par Atelier Photo Grenoble .

- Un tirage photo d'art 40 x 60 cm en aluminium dibond offert par Atelier Photo Grenoble .

- Un ensemble composé du sac à dos Veo Active Trekking Backpack for Mirrorless et du trépied de voyage en aluminium polyvalent VEO 3T+ offert par Vanguard Photo UK.

- Des sac à dos ThinkTANK BackLight 18L.

- Des gants de photographie Vallerret.

- Des stylo de nettoyage d'objectifs LensPen

Conditions de participation

- Toutes les photos sont exposées de manière anonyme et accrochées dans la galerie dans l'ordre dans lequel elles ont été soumises.

- Les photos doivent être correctement titrées, sinon elles ne seront pas acceptées. Les titres doivent être non numériques, de 32 caractères max et dans le format suivant : Coucher de soleil, Mont Blanc.

- Les photos doivent être soumises au format JPG en RGB.

- Utilisez la plus haute résolution possible (300dpi) pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats à l'impression.

- La taille minimale des images est de 2000 pixels de large (bord long).

- Si une personne est clairement identifiable sur votre photo, vous pouvez la soumettre pour l'exposition et elle est éligible aux prix. Toutefois, une autorisation d'utilisation du modèle est nécessaire pour mettre la photo en vente.

- Aucun filigrane ou signe de copyright ne doit être visible sur les photos envoyées.

- En participant au concours, vous accordez à CLIK Trip et à la CLIK Gallery un droit irrévocable, général et illimité d'utiliser la/les photo(s) téléchargée(s) pour ses activités de marketing et de relations publiques liées au concours photo CLIK Trip. Vous conservez en revanche les droits sur votre photo que la CLIK Gallery n'utilisera qu’à ces fins.

- Vous pouvez conserver vos petits tirages après l'exposition, sauf s'ils ont été vendus à la galerie, auquel cas vous percevrez des droits d'auteur. Les frais de port peuvent être pris en charge pour les participants d'outre-mer).

- Vous pouvez récupérer vos photos à la CLIK Gallery de Grenoble après l'exposition ou nous envoyer une enveloppe préaffranchie et nous vous les renverrons.

- Les frais d'inscription couvrent l'impression des photos, la location de la galerie, la soirée d'ouverture et la remise des prix, ainsi que tous les autres frais d'organisation.

- Les lauréats pourront s’ils le souhaitent, acheter leurs tirages 60 x 40 cm après l'exposition des lauréats à prix coûtant.

- En téléchargeant une photo, vous devez avoir créé la photo, détenir tous les droits sur la photo (en particulier les droits d'auteur) et confirmer que la photo est libre de droits de tiers.

- Il vous sera demandé d'accepter les conditions générales du concours photo lors de la soumission de votre photo.

The Competition

· The CLIK-Trip photo competition is open to everyone, amateur or professional, from anywhere in the world.

· There are NO themes

· You can enter as many photos as you want.

· ALL photos submitted to the competition are printed (by us) 15 x 20 cm and exhibited at the CLIK-Gallery, a prestigious photography gallery (and clik-trip HQ) on one of the main arteries in central Grenoble, France.

· ALL participants are invited to an opening party which takes place at the CLIK Gallery when they can enjoy complimentary drinks and finger food. 

· The public can vote for their favourite photos between the 25th June to 27th July 2024. Voting is only possible in person in the gallery. 

· During the exhibition, the photos will be offered for sale. If your photo is sold, you receive 50% from the sale.

· The photos are also sent to an expert panel of judges who contribute to 10% of the total vote.

· The 20 photos with the most votes from the public and jury are exhibited in the winner's exhibition at the CLIK-Gallery during the month of September 2024.

 · Over 1000€ of prizes are awarded during the prize giving in September.

How to enter

· Submissions are open until midnight on 16th June 2024

· The entry fee is 15€ per photo. You can purchase a bundle of 5 entries for a discounted price of 50€.

· Students and customers who have already booked a photo experience on CLIK-Trip customers can purchase a bundle of 5 entries for a discounted price of 40€.

· Log in and pay your submission

· You will receive an email with the link to upload your photos in digital form.  We look after the printing. 

· Accept the terms and conditions of entry

Conditions

· All photos are displayed anonymously and hung in the gallery in the order in which they were submitted.

· Your submission fee covers the printing of the photos, gallery rental, the opening party and prizegiving plus all other costs of organization.

· Photos must be correctly titled, otherwise they will not be accepted. Titles must be in caracters (not numeric) and in the following format: Sunset over Mont Blanc

· Photos must be submitted as JPG in sRGB,

· Use the highest resolution possible (300dpi) for the best results in print.

· The minimum size of images is 2000 pixels wide (long edge),

· If there’s a person who is clearly identifiable in your photo, you can submit it for exhibition and it is eligible for the prizes. However, a model release is required in order to offer it for sale.

· No watermarks or copyright signs may be visible on your submitted photos.

· You always keep the rights to your photo. We will not use your work for commercial purposes outside of clik-trip competition related events.

· All participants may keep their ~15 x 20 cm prints after the exhibition (unless they're sold at the gallery, then you will receive royalty fees). Postage can be arranged to overseas entries.

· You can collect your photos from the CLIK Gallery in Grenoble after the exhibition or you can send us a pre-stamped envelope and we will return them to you.

· Winners can buy their 60 x 40 cm prints after the winner's exhbition at cost price

· By taking part in the competition you grant clik-trip and the CLIK Gallery an irrevocable, general and unlimited right to use the uploaded photo(s) for its marketing and PR work related to the clik-trip photo competition

·  By uploading a photo, you must have created the photo, hold all rights to the photo (specifically copyrights) and confirm that the photo is free from third-party rights.

· You will be asked to agree to the full terms and conditions of the photo competition when making your submission.
